Roots blower failure analysis and solution
1 grinding impeller and impeller
(1) the impeller has caused contamination, clearance is too small;
(2) gears, resulting backlash;
(3) gear fixed is not strong, cannot keep impeller synchronization;
(4) increase the bearing wear resulted in clearance.
(1) remove dirt, and check the contents for damage;
(2) adjust gear clearance, if gear backlash is greater than the average of 30% to 50% should replace gear;
(3) reassemble gear, to keep the contact area of taper with up to 75%;
(4) replacement of bearings;
2 impeller and wall panel, top and side of the impeller
(1) the installation space is not correct;
(2) operating pressure is too high, exceeding the specified value;
(3) operating temperature is too high;
(4) chassis or frame deformation, fan positioning;

4 flow shortage

(3) cleaning blower, check the enclosure for damage;
(4) check back pressure, check whether the impeller, and adjust the clearance;
(5) check the filters and the back pressure, and increase the impeller and the enclosure import office space;
(6) the cleaning of impeller and the enclosure, ensure that the work space; impeller
(7) tighten bolts and levelling feet.
7 motor overload
(1) compared with the provisions of the pressure, differential pressure, i.e. the large back pressure or inlet pressure is high;
