(2) excessive power consumption

Cause: the pump speed is too high; water pump shaft bending or water pump shaft and motor spindle different heart or not parallel; selection of pump lift inappropriate; pump suction sand or obstruction; electric ball bearing damage, etc.
Treatment method: check the circuit voltage, the lower the water pump speed; correction of pump spindle or adjust the pump and motor relative position; the pump selected appropriate head; clean sediment or obstruction; replace the motor of the ball bearing.

(3) pump violent vibration or noise

Cause: pump installation is not strong or water pump installed too high; electric ball bearing damage; water pump shaft bending or motor spindle different heart, not parallel.
Processing method: install stable water pumps or reduced installation height of water pump; replacement of motor bearings; correction bending water pump spindles or adjust the pump and motor relative position.

(4) drive shaft or overheating of the motor bearing

Reason: lack of lubricating oil or bearing failure.
Treatment methods: Add oil or replace the bearings.

(5) pumps the water not

Cause: the pump and suction pipe not filled with water; moving water level below the pump filter pipe; suction pipe rupture.
Treatment methods: exclude bottom valve failure, filled with water; lower pump installation location, the water level in the dynamic filter pipe, or dynamic water mains and pump up filtering; repair or replace the suction pipe.
