Acceptance of the following steps: <br> (A) report on listening to the project to review the submitted projectApplication report of acceptance; <br> (2) check the project construction materials; < .br> (3) check the reconstruction project, work on project quality approval to check and spot checks on the reconstruction effort, energy-saving effectiveness assessment; <br> (Iv) the acceptance of the Group reviewed the project information, project acceptance. .Acceptance should have all advice signed by the members of the Working Group for acceptance; <br> (5) on the acceptance of the project, the acceptance of the Working Group should produce qualified acceptance.
