Elevator maintenance and repair of General requirements

Check every two weeks

Elevator maintenance personnel should fortnightly on elevator main machinery and electrical equipment for inspection, check his/her actions of reliability and correctness of the work, and make the necessary amendments and lubrication.

5. speed limiter check: confirm speeding switch action reliable, check the clip the rope clamp and Groove and remove foreign material, check whether speed limiter, flexible and reliable movement and there is no exception.

6. a car door and door: confirm that the car door switches to normal and no abnormal noise, door interlock switch capable of reliable operation, the light curtain protection work reliable. Clean the door guides and ground Ridge.

7. layer door check: confirm each floor Hall door switches to normal and no abnormal noise, door interlock switch action reliable. Clean the door guides and ground Ridge.

8. pit check: confirm the tensioner, compensation chain is correctly positioned.

9. other: confirm the safety protection switch elevator acts reliably effective. Cabin lighting, fans, car top lighting, pit lighting works fine.

Quarterly review

Elevator maintenance personnel should once every three months on the elevator General important machinery and electrical equipment to compare the detailed inspection, adjustment and correction.

Room:

1. the worm-gear reduction box and whether there is oil motor bearings.

2. brake action is normal, the brake shoe and the gap between the brake wheel.

3. traction rope is seeping oil too much slip.

4. the Governor rope run correctly.

5. check the traction machine, control of the main parts fastening screws, bolts are there loose.

Car top and well road:

Check the door system, conditioning and cleaning components such as door drive unit, such as: motor belts, speed control, door hanging scroll wheel, the safety switch and door machine and springs, etc.

1. clean the car door, the door to the Office and on the Campo (door Rails).

2. check the doors and door gap between rollers.

3.check and adjust and clean all the Office door and their accessories, such as: nylon rollers, steel rope tension, Center, doors and door leaf and the gaps between the sill.

Inspect and clean the whole Hall door locks and switch contact, adjustable mechanical lock hook clearance.

4. check the counterweight and cabin fitting, adjustment for rerouting boots.

5. check car import boots and safety clamp work circumstances, if necessary, adjust the clearance and lubrication.

6. check the root Dray of tensioning force uniform situation.

7. check well in electrical components work situation is normal, and do a clean work, such as: leveling sensors, switches the terminal speed changing, etc.

8. cleaning car guides and on heavy rail, cleaning guide shoes.

9. check weighing device is working, and adjustments.

Cabin interior:

1. check the car steering box on each of the buttons should be flexible, reliable action. Car position indicator displays correctly.

2. check the cabin lighting, fan, alarm, intercom phone, emergency lighting is working.

3. check the elevator performance, starting, running, slow down and stop the process correctly, run the noise is consistent with the international standard requirements.

4. check the car door switch movement is normal, light screen door protection operation reliable, switch the noise is consistent with the international standard requirements.

Pit and car bottom:

1. check the pit stop switch, hydraulic buffer switch, tensioner switch is working.

2. check the elevator Terminal limit switch, climbing the limit switch is working.

3. check the safety clamp is functional, clean and lubricate.

4. check the oil level oil buffer, add oil. The exposed parts of the hydraulic cylinder for cleaning and coating antirust oil.

5. check the Dray, compensation chain and Governor rope of elongation and appropriate regulation.

Floor stand:

Check all docking station call button, floor show, The light, the Bell is working.

Annual inspection

Elevator maintenance personnel in the elevator runs a year later, should lift carry out a technical inspection, an examination of all elevators are mechanical, electrical, safety equipment, complete machine debugging. Annual inspection including the quarterly review.
