Second, centrifugal refrigerating system commissioning, should meet the following requirements:
1. lubrication system test
Oil pump steering right, should be switched so lubricating oil pump, 8 hours, then take apart and wash oil filter, replace the new oil, running again. Operation of the oil temperature, oil pressure, oil surface height should be consistent with the provisions of the technical file;
2. system tightness test
System after installation, it should be dry air or nitrogen filling system, bringing it in line with the provisions of the technical file, and then use the test pressure of blowing agent checks or in dry air mixed in with the right amount of refrigerant leak detector with halogen. All equipment, pipes, flanges and their joints, without leakage. Test pressure or the recovery unit to produce a small compressor, but must be in strict accordance with equipment technical documentation requirements.
3. running with no load
1) should close compressor suction port-oriented pieces into the valve. The compressor outlet and atmospheric air;
Start the pump 2) to regulate the circulation lubrication system to normal operation;

4. vacuum test
